We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He stated he required time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
